Terms and Conditions

1.1These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ProduktShot at produktshot.com (the "Platform"), operated by Leonlogic s. r. o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic ("ProduktShot", "we", "us", "our").

1.2By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.3We may update these Terms. We tell you about important changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then. Using the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

1.4Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under consumer protection law, including EU consumer law.

2.1ProduktShot is an AI product photo studio for online shops. You upload a product photo or import a product page, and the Platform makes studio and lifestyle photos, ad posters, edits of your own photos and, where offered, videos. It uses AI models run by the companies listed in our Privacy Policy.

2.2The Platform is provided as software as a service. Which features you can use depends on your plan and your credit balance.

2.3Results made by AI can differ from what you asked for. Check every result before you publish it, and do not rely on it where accuracy matters, for example the exact look, size, colour or label of a product.

3.1To use most features, you create an account with your email address and a password, with Google sign-in, or with a code we email you. Keep your password and sign-in methods safe. You can add two-factor authentication and passkeys under Account › Security.

3.2Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date. We send sign-in codes, receipts and notices about your account to it.

3.3You are responsible for everything that happens in your account unless someone got in through our fault. Tell us at once through the contact page if you think someone else has used it.

3.4You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. One person or one business per account: do not share an account or open several accounts to collect free credits.

4.1The Platform has a free tier and paid plans. An account with an active paid plan can also buy credit packs to top it up. What each plan includes and costs is on the pricing page.

4.2Plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments; how much less depends on the plan and is shown next to its price. By subscribing, you allow us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

4.3Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4.4Prices are in euros and final. A business can add its VAT ID at checkout, and it appears on the invoice.

4.5We may change plan prices. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it never changes the billing period you have already paid for.

4.6An introductory offer, when we show one, states its price, the plan and billing period it applies to, and when it ends. It applies once per customer, to the first payment it names; from the next billing period the plan's usual price applies.

4.7If a renewal payment fails, your plan may end and its features may stop until the payment succeeds.

5.1Each action that runs an AI model costs credits. Its price is shown on its button before you start it. A new account gets 7 credits once its email is confirmed; no card is needed. We may change or end free credits for new accounts at any time.

• Credits are taken when you start an action. If the action fails, or you cancel it before the AI provider starts it, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
• A plan tops your plan credits up to the plan's monthly amount at the start of each billing period. A renewal never reduces your balance.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases that top up a plan when its monthly credits run out. Only an account with an active paid plan that is not set to end can buy one. Pack credits never expire, stay yours if your plan ends, and are used after your plan credits.

5.2Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account.

5.3Until an account has made its first payment, the pictures it makes with AI are shown and downloaded with a ProduktShot watermark. The first payment removes the watermark from every picture the account has made, and later ones are made without it. Background removal and white backgrounds never carry one, unless they are made from a picture that carries it.

6.1You can cancel your plan at any time: open Account › Credits & plan, choose Open the billing portal and cancel there. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew. You keep your credits.

6.2If you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and have used no more than 10 credits since, we refund that payment in full. Other refunds, and how plan changes are billed, are set out in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6.3If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. Credits are digital content that we deliver straight after payment. At checkout we ask you to agree that we deliver them at once and to confirm that you understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal when they are delivered. We only start delivery after you have agreed. If you did not agree, or we did not deliver, your right of withdrawal stays.

6.4If a technical problem on our side stops you from using what you paid for, write to us through the contact page. We fix it or refund you in proportion.

7.1You keep all rights to the photos, product details and text you upload or import ("Your Content").

7.2You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy and process Your Content, and to send it to our AI providers, only as far as we need to run the Platform for you. We do not use Your Content or your results to train AI models.

7.3You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including the product, its brand and logo, and any person shown, and that using it with the Platform does not break anyone's rights or the law.

7.4You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory or that breaks anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

8.1The Platform uses AI to make images and other media from Your Content and your instructions ("Results").

8.2As between you and us, the Results we make for you are yours. You may use them for any lawful purpose on any plan, including commercially: in your shop, on marketplaces, in ads and on social media.

8.3The law may give limited or no copyright to content made by AI. We cannot promise that you can stop others from using similar content, or that a model will never make something similar for someone else.

8.4You are responsible for how you use a Result, including checking that it shows your product truthfully and meets the rules of the marketplace or ad platform you use.

8.5Images we make or edit with AI carry a note in their file metadata that says so (the IPTC digital source type). Do not remove it where the law or a platform requires AI-made content to be marked, and add a visible label where that is required.

9.1All rights in the Platform, including its design, code, templates, scene library and the ProduktShot name and logo, belong to Leonlogic s. r. o. or our licensors. This does not include Your Content or your Results.

9.2You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our written permission.

9.3Brands, logos and product names of other companies stay theirs. What you may and may not do with them, and how their owners can report misuse, is in our Trademark and Content Policy.

10.1You agree not to:

• use the Platform for anything unlawful;
• upload or create content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or that harms or deceives people;
• show a real person without their consent, or make content that pretends to be someone else;
• use brands, logos or products you have no right to use, or make fake or misleading product claims;
• try to get around credits, limits, plan restrictions or our safety checks;
• use bots or scripts to create accounts, or to scrape or overload the Platform;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or attack the Platform's security;
• resell access to the Platform without our written agreement.

10.2We check requests against these rules and may refuse one that breaks them. We may suspend or close an account that breaks them, depending on how serious the breach is. If we close an account without a fault on your part, we refund paid credits you have not used.

11.1We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11.2We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data you could have kept a copy of, or for how you use a Result.

11.3We work to keep the Platform running, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. It can be unavailable for maintenance or when an AI provider has an outage. We may change, add or remove features and models. If we remove something you paid for in a plan, we tell you in advance by email.

11.4Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

12.1You can stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account, write to us through the contact page from the email address of the account. We delete your account, your files and your products within 30 days, except the records the law requires us to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.2We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, with or without notice depending on how serious the breach is.

13.1We are not liable for failing to meet our obligations where the cause is beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, a pandemic, a failure of infrastructure, or an outage of a service we depend on.

14.1These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and disputes go to the courts of the Slovak Republic.

14.2If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

14.3If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint together, you can turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), which resolves consumer disputes out of court free of charge (adr@soi.sk, www.soi.sk). The authority that supervises consumer protection for us is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Inspectorate for the Banská Bystrica Region, Dolná 46, 974 00 Banská Bystrica.
