What the test showed
What held
- All three pictures were usable: the colours, the wick and the band were right in every scene.
- It followed both library scenes exactly, with the candle upright and to scale in each.
What to check
- Its pure white came out light grey, about RGB 245, with a soft horizon, which can fail a marketplace that asks for a pure white background.
- On the linen picture it wrote the postmark year as 1067; the slip shows only at full size.
Good for
- Lifestyle and scene photos you need many of: all three of its pictures were usable as they came out.
- Web banners and tall strips: it offers wider and taller ratios than the other photo models here.

Both come from Google DeepMind. Nano Banana Pro is built on Gemini 3 Pro; Nano Banana 2 is Gemini 3.1 Flash Image, which Google presents as the faster one. In ProduktShot, Nano Banana 2 costs less at 1K and at 4K, and it offers ratios Nano Banana Pro does not: 4:1, 1:4, 8:1 and 1:8. The test above shows how their pictures differ.
4:1, 1:4, 8:1 and 1:8. The wide ones fit a web banner, the tall ones a strip down the side of a page. The other photo models here do not list them.
In our test the band's words and the stamp stayed readable in every scene. One digit of the postmark year changed on one picture, visible only at full size.
