Refund Policy

We want you to buy a ProduktShot plan with confidence. If it does not work for you, you can cancel and, in the first days, get your money back. This page sets out when credits and money come back to you.

1. Money Back on Your First Plan Payment

1.1You get a full refund of your first payment for a plan if:

  • you ask within 7 days of that payment, and
  • you have used no more than 10 credits since that payment.

1.2To ask, write to us through the contact page or at [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Refund request". We cancel the plan and refund the payment; the plan's credits are removed from your balance.

1.3Credits you have already used are not refunded. This offer applies once per customer, to the first payment for a plan, not to renewals or credit packs.

2. How to Cancel Your Plan

  • Log in and open Account › Credits & plan.
  • Choose Open the billing portal. This opens Stripe's billing portal.
  • Cancel your plan there and confirm.

2.1Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew. You keep your credits and can use them after the plan ends.

3. After 7 Days or More Than 10 credits

3.1After 7 days, or once you have used more than 10 credits, you can still cancel at any time, as described in section 2. We do not refund the rest of a billing period you have started, but you keep using the plan until that period ends.

3.2When we approve a refund, we send it within 10 working days to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

4.1If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online, without giving a reason. Credits are digital content that we deliver straight after payment, so at checkout we ask you to agree to delivery at once and to confirm that you then lose this right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

4.2If you did not give that agreement, or we did not deliver the credits, you can still withdraw within 14 days: write to us through the contact page and we refund the payment.

5. Plan Changes

  • Upgrade: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period at once, and you get the same share of the extra credits at once.
  • Downgrade: starts at once, with no refund for the rest of the current period. You keep the credits you have, and your next bill is at the new price.
  • Switching between monthly and yearly billing starts a new billing period that day. Stripe credits the unused time of the old period against the new one.

6. Credits for Actions That Fail

6.1Credits are taken when you start an action. They come back to your balance automatically, with a line in your credit history, when:

  • the action fails, on our side or at the AI provider;
  • you cancel the action before the AI provider has started it;
  • one result of a larger request fails: you get back that result's share.

6.2An action that finished is not refunded because you do not like the result: the AI provider did the work. If a result is clearly broken (for example, an empty or damaged file), write to us and we look at it.

7. Credit Packs

7.1Pack credits never expire, so a pack keeps its value for as long as your account exists. Once a pack's credits are delivered, we do not refund it, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

8. Payment Mistakes

8.1If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged a different amount from the price you were shown, write to us. We check it and refund what was taken by mistake to the payment method you used.

9. Your Legal Rights

9.1Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under consumer protection law, including your rights if the service is faulty. If you are unsure about your rights, contact your local consumer protection authority.

10. Contact Us

10.1Questions about refunds or cancelling: write to us through the contact page or at [email protected]. We answer within a few working days. We may change this policy; changes are posted on this page, and we tell you by email about changes that affect a plan you pay for.
