Acceptance

By accessing or using ProduktShot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Subscriptions and Credits

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Credits are used to generate or export assets. Credits may reset based on your billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to abuse or circumvent safety systems or rate limits.
• Do not resell or mirror the service without written permission.

Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service. We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

AI-generated outputs may be similar for different users and are provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring they meet your needs.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you have billing questions, contact us or use the Stripe customer portal.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal or security reasons. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
